In 2007, I accepted my calling to educate, equip and empower girls, and founded Aspiring Beautiful & Confident Girls, Inc. Children has always been my passion, but from my own personal experiences, I aspire to make a difference in the lives of young girls. Especially, those that are at-risk due to circumstances beyond their control. To watch them transform outwardly, into the aspiring beautiful and confident girls, that I believe they already are, within, is spiritually rewarding. 

It's Isaiah 61:3 "...to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair."

Michelliah is a mentor, board certified coach and inspirational speaker, and spoken word artist, parent educator, curriculum developer, and four-time published author. But when it comes to youth, she is a Transformational Specialist. 

Michelliah is a proud mother of three adult children, a daughter and two sons, and grandmother of six. She is a native Floridian, currently residing in Miami, where she avidly mentor's young girls. 

Michelliah has 28 years of experience working in the public school system with youth and families. Within those years, she has successfully transformed the behavior of many at-risk and challenging youth. Most of which she credits to her passion for children, and belief that anyone can be transformed, if given the proper tools. Yet, from her own personal experiences and adversities, she knows what it takes for young ladies to maintain their virtue and confidence.
