This bootcamp is designed to help youth remove the mask, so they can rid the pressure of pretending to be something or someone they are not. This starts by tossing the bad behavior, attitudes, excuses, disrespect, anger, and poor reasoning for doing, or not doing what they should or shouldn't have done. In this camp youth will explore the difference in good attention vs negative attention. The things they dislike about themselves or their environment, and how to break free of the circle to which they do not belong.
Youth will identify their triggers; embrace self-love, so they can reap the results they really want, and not the ones they are pretending to be good with.
ABOUT THE CAMP:
Camp will be held on Monday and Wednesdays/Tuesday and Thursdays,
between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Locations TBA)
open to Youth ages 8-14

WHAT TO EXPECT:
They will not leave the same way they came.
WHAT WE GONNA DO:
We're going to Stop, Drop and Fold.
So, ladies say goodbye to the rolling of the eyes, sucking of the teeth, finger snapping, hand clapping, popping off, I'll fight you, personality.
Boys say later to, It's all good when it's not good. Bruh I run this! I'll get this, do this, and do that, misguided, stubborn mentality defined as being a boss.
WHAT WE KNOW:
Is behind all of that is a guarded, scared little boy or girl, waiting to be discovered, so he or she can let down their guard and be the true, authentic version of themselves.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
This camp works the mind, body, and spirit.
Water and a healthy snack will be provided.
It is Four weeks of "Rigorous Character Training, Tough Love, and Focus."
Quitting is Not an Option!
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT:
No cell phones, iPads, or i watches aloud during camp hours.
NOTE TO PARENTS:
During the 4 weeks we encourage parents to add blueberries, and a multi-vitamin to their child's daily diet or intake.
Also, we encourage you to encourage your child to drink more water than juices, and to lessen the intake of sweets.
This will help reduce fatigue and brain fog, and bring those energy levels up so they can receive all
